Order Processing:

Phone and website orders are processed Monday to Friday between 9am & 5.30pm though we only guarantee next day delivery on orders placed up to 5:00pm*.
Note that drop ship orders to end users placed after 4:30pm will often be shipped the following day. If your customer is desperate for next day delivery, we would advise that you place the order earlier in the day. 

*the cut-off may occasionally be brought forward when our warehouse is under a lot of pressure. This will be clearly stated at the top of the website.
